Conjuror and Necromancer Spell Changes

What proceeds below is multiple side-by-side comparisons of Conjuror and Necromancer spells prior to Live Update 19, and after Live Update 19. Please don't pay critical attention to damage, because they are skewed for two reasons: One, we're comparing many spells to Apprentice I, so you automatically have a huge drop for that. Two, the pre-LU19 character has FAR more INT than the character I used for post-LU19, so you'll see a bigger hit there too.
