Result is:

Make a hotkey, copy the random numbers into your hotkey

Load your INI file and find your hotkey

Add this character around the link:

(need to Copy/Paste this character into your INI file.)
Now is also the time you can edit the name of the link itself.

EDIT: If you're using Windows NT (any version) or Windows XP, make sure you save it as UTF-8 format. Also, if it doesn't work, you need to add text before and after the character. Period works wonders.
